Jamaica, a beautiful gem, who’s sought after white, sandy beaches are slowly caressed by the clean, clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, is a little piece of paradise.  The island was discovered by the Spanish explorer, Christopher Columbus in 1494. The Guinness World Book of Records lists Jamaica as having the most churches per square mile; this contributes to Jamaica’s main religion being Christianity. However, visitors of other religion need not feel left out as Jamaica also observes many other religions such as Islam, Judaism, Rastafarianism and Hinduism.

Visitors to this lovely island will have their taste buds tantalized by the wide variety of interesting and different food choices: curry goat, manish water and the famous Jerk offer a haven for true food lovers.
